ON A DEADLINE

Deadlines! There’s nothing like them to focus the mind. There are just two weeks left for writers to get their stories into shape for the new short story competition with WriteTime . Closing date is March 31.

Thanks to those of you who have already submitted your work, we’re very much looking forward to opening those files and letters after Easter. (What better time to hatch a new story or start a new journey?)

So now is the time to get writing and polishing your work. It doesn’t matter where you live, so long as you’re aged 60 or over, your short story entry is most welcome. Full details on How to Enter here.
