Our writing competitions are open only to writers aged over 60 ready to share their stories and their talent.
The WriteTime team is Irene, Sue, Nadia and Tim and we are all over 60. Between us we have years of experience of writing, editing, teaching, organising events, making art, entering competitions (winning some!) and living and working all over the country. Now we all live in West Sussex.
Since we set up Shoreham Press as a not-for-profit Community Interest Company (CIC) in 2016 WriteTime has become a leading international platform for older writers.
Just about all the best stories are influenced by our personal experiences. If you can turn your reflections into fiction, and inspire others to do the same, we want to hear from you.
Use your experience to put your characters to the test. But remember we’re looking for fictional stories.
